Thanks to two large donations we’ve been able to purchase enough timber, nails and ceiling boards to complete the ceilings in the adult clinic. Please continue to pray for God’s provision to get both the adult and under-5’s clinics to a place where we can start treating patients!
The following update comes from Pastor Andrew Mithowa who is heading up the hospital project in Malawi:
“Let me first thank you Pastor James and the Kingfisher family for your generous hands and prayers for Malawi Rural Hospital vision. We really praise the Lord that your presence on this Hospital project has made the project progress to be absolutely wonderful!
“The vision started in the year 2021, construction started in 2022, and as we are now in the year 2024, we have a lot to praise the name of Jesus Christ, as we have managed to build the two clinical buildings within this period (adult and underfive children clinic). Praise the Lord!
“This year, we are making this prayer request! As the two buildings are up now, but we are still praying that 2024 brings more blessings to help complete these buildings with windows, doors, ceiling boards, floor tiles, and plumbing materials for access of water in those clinic buildings.
“May you please continue to pray so the doors of finances will be available for this Hospital project in 2024. We love you, and we pray for you! Blessings, Pastor Andrew”
