Kingfisher churches around the world came together last month for our annual International Day of Prayer. Below are messages, photos and videos from some of our churches:
Pastor Noel Delfin, Lords Light Christian Fellowship in the Philippines
“Together with our Kingfisher Family across the nations, we’re lifting our prayers for peace, revival, and a great harvest of souls. Prayer knows no borders, and neither does God’s power!”

Pastor Mange Singh, Kingfisher Harridwar, Northern India
“During this International Day of Prayer in our church around 280 people came and we prayed together for Your Kingdom Come. We prayed for peace, for Gaza, for Ukraine, for India and Pakistan, for China and for Israel and Iran. We prayed for the Holy Spirit to do work in the young people, and we prayed for the missionary, pastor, evangelist and the poor. We have prayed for all the World today and we have taken different kinds of prayers in this International Day of Prayer today.”

Bishop Termulo, Glorious Christ Church in the Philippines
“The Glorious Christ Church family joined other churches from around to world as part of the Kingfisher family International Day of Prayer 2025. This year, the focus of prayer was peace — in Gaza, Ukraine, Pakistan, India and beyond – and revival — especially among young people, as we witness a powerful move of God across the world. We believe that with faith and by God’s grace, our prayers are already answered.”

Pastor Andrew Mithowa, Kingfisher Malawi
“We now thank Jesus that people here in Malawi, in churches, in homes, and prayer chain groups, came in their large numbers to pray for these special two issues affecting world, and we believe God has started responding with peace regards to the war between Israel and Iran, the war between India and Pakistan and we do expect God will do more.
“We were really encouraged by Mathew 7:7 which states “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; Knock, and it will be opened to you.” These emphasize God’s willingness to respond to those who seek Him in Prayer. Psalm 86:7 gives us encouragement that our God hears us and answers our prayer as it states; “I call to you in times of trouble, because you are my answer to my prayer.
“So, we do believe, God will respond to our prayers for peace to the world, and for God’s intervention, that young people around the world come to know Jesus, as the saviour of our lives, and become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.”
The video below shows one of the beautiful prayer chain songs that was sung during their time of prayer:
Pastor Ollie Bennett, Kingfisher Tredworth, UK
“Having encouraged the church to pray individually and in smaller groups on the Saturday, we gathered on Sunday morning before our services at 9am to pray together and then from 6pm had an evening of prayer and praise, joining to pray for those caught up in the wars around the world right now and for an increase in those we are seeing turning to God in greater numbers. Many Bible verses and words of encouragement were shared, including: Acts 4:23-31, Psalm 2, Matthew 9:17, Isaiah 6:8, Isaiah 43:18-19, and Matthew 17:20.
“We can be tempted to think that compared to the size of the problems our prayers won’t make much difference. But knowing that we were part of a larger prayer endeavour around the world really helped to raise our faith for change to come!”
